This article was super encouraging to me--helps me remember that in the long run, calories in/out determine weight loss. I'm not advocating this man's approach for a long-term diet (!), but it's an interesting read and helps relieve my guilt when I eat something that's not-so-great for me. Food for thought. (no pun intended!)

I saw this on the Today Show last week. I thought it was encouraging too. Burn more calories than you eat and you'll lose weight no matter what you eat.0
