I don' t know if you are interested in running at all but I bought this book called "The non runner's marathon guide for running" It is motivating and hilarious! I really want to read the omnivorous dilemma but I always get side tracked by one of jodi picoults books!0

What to Eat by Marion Nestle
Also, I can't find my copy, but if you liked learning about alternatives to monoculture farming in the Pollan book, I believe there is a section on this in Biomimicry by Jenine Benyus.0 -
The Kind Diet by Alica Silverstone.0

My nutritionist told me to read Savor: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life by Thich Nhat Hanh. I got about halfway through it and loved it. I really hung on every page. Then my own life got in the way and I haven't been able to pick it up again, but I plan too.
Here is a good description of the book. http://harpercollins.com/books/Savor/?isbn=97800616976920 -
Thanks for all of the great recommendations everyone,0
