Is it around the hips and thighs? so is your body like thin waist and then bigger from there?

For me, hip weight is the slowest to go. Even when I weighed 100 pounds and ran cross-country I had hips and thighs that appeared chubby. Despite wearing a size 2 in most clothes at the time.
My jeans get tight in the thighs if I gain a little weight and it's the last thing to lose as I lose weight.
