I hope everyone has a wonderful day today whether it's your Independence Day (US folks) or not! Thank you to all those service men and women out there and their families for the sacrifices you all have made to keep us independent and safe. May we all have a nice time with family or friends or co-workers.
I know this is a big BBQ weekend stateside so to all of those of you who are going to be tempted I pray strength for us all to enjoy ourselves without over indulging. For those of you that have family away I pray they are all safely returned to you soon.
