Hi, all. I'm hoping to get very serious here about weight loss and walking. Used to be slim and trim back in the day but let my responsibilities and stress take over not to mention my sedentary home job. Moved my mother (with Alzheimer's) in with me a year ago and gotta get us both up and running (walking, that is) again. Hoping to pick up some good ideas and motivation here.
