needing motivation

I can't believe that i'm back here.... two years after losing a stack of weight, i'm back heavier than ever and starting the hard work to lose that 20kg again.

I'm a teacher and have 6 weeks to get a program on the go... I've started eating a little better whilst starting C25K again.... I'm spending most of my days on my own which doesn't help the eating cravings. Not necessarily junk food, just food.

Anyone just starting out again or any words of encouragement?
