Will This Put My Bod in Starv Mode?

Hello MFPers'. So me and my twin, who both use MFP, were talking about how we weigh in our calories/exercise, etc,.


What I do for my calories, I consume my 1,480cal/day and don't log in my exercise (currently on Day-5 of Turbo Jam).

What she does for her calories, she logs all of her activity and it adds to her daily cals and only saves about 300 more cals left.

Am I "starving" myself? Of course I feel hungry at random times but I have loads of snacks, so I feel fine. I was just curious if anyone else is doing what I am doing? In my opinion I think it is a good thing for me because I think that is a pretty good amt of cals/perday even if you don't exercise and still log. Opinions?? Thanks :)

P.S.: I lost 5.4lbs this week (keep in mind I am 214.6, and she is 18?.?)

    It won't put your body in starvation mode.

    How big of a net calorie deficit do you have?
