Trying to Keep Fit After Surgery

I'm feeling a little frustrated. I had breast augmentation done 6 weeks ago and I cannot lift/push weight for a little while. While I am not a body builder, I train like one and having to place that on hold is mentally very difficult! I focus on cardio for now, but it's extremely unsatisfying. Even working on lower body puts a little strain on the upper. Anyone else in the same boat?
