Questions and need answers

Hi everyone I am Theresa Hurtado I am new at this and I am liking it But confused a little about how it works. Also I am confused about what sugars are bad nor good. I guess I need answers or help on what calories should be counted and what ones dont matter. I have been doing this diet and exercise for now 5 days its going ok get could be better. But I am happy at least for trying and doing it now being 29 years old having a two year old I guess I am better then I have been in months. Its better to start then not to at all :happy:
