I don't post a lot, but today is kind of a big deal for me. Today is 90 since I quit drinking. No more waking up with a hangover, no more wasting my days off doing nothing because I feel like crap. I have lost weight and found a new outlook on life. I started running, stopped hanging out with people that were just bringing me down, and have started doing some of the things I always wanted to, but never had the time or money to do because I was wasting all of both in the bar. I did a 5k (my second, but the first one I did without whiskey) and I am working my way up to an attempt on a half marathon in December.
