Hi,
My names Angela, I'm 29 years old, have been with my wonderful hubby 11 years, have an amazing one and a half year old little boy William, and run a daycare out of my home.
I was alway's a little chubby but between my pregnancy and a knee surgery I had in December where I couldn't walk at all for six weeks, I've gained a lot of very unwanted weight.
I've been working really hard to get it back off and have managed to lose 10 lbs so far but still have another 75lbs to lose before I'm back to where I was when I met my husband (my goal eight).
I'm hoping through this site, I can make some new friends and hopefully start losing weight quicker and get into better shape.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
