Hey everyone!!
I'm wondering how much can I lose running 5 days per week and doing insanity. I really wanna lose weight and feel confident with myself!

Have you tried insanity yet? I really wouldn't recommend doing Insanity along with any other intensive exercise (except maybe weight lifting). Insanity is pretty extreme if you're using it right. I've been doing Insanity 3-5 times a week for 3 weeks and haven't lost much weight (5lbs). I've lost an inch from my waist and hips.0

you can lose about 5-10lbs in a week or two doing that much cardio.
but it will be water weight not fat. always remember to be hydrated.
I would recommend weighing yourself before a run and after. usually you will lose about .5-1 lbs ,drink it back in water.
consistency is key for fatloss.

Speaking from experience I have lost 40 pounds with Insanity. Love the program but it is challenging. Just make sure you eat 1200 calories a day and get plenty of rest because the workouts are high impact.Are you apart of an accountability group?0

This sounds like a blanket statment without knowing OP's stats...
I personally wonder if OP can stand doing both so agressively...unless you are already very athletic...0
