Do I need to modify?

I am in the 6th week of training for my 1st duathlon . I have done 4 days work out, today was supposed to be a rest day, followed by my "long workout" tomorrow, then another rest day Sunday.
Well, this morning, my husband Ieft his keys on the back of his truck and the took off. So this afternoon, they got to use the trucks & I used my bike to go look for them. Ended up doing 1½ hours & over 7 miles on my rest day.
Tomorrow I'm supposed to do a 10 min run, 1 hour bike, 10 min run. Should I just continue on & do the workout as planned, or should I shorten the bike to 30 mins? I don't want to not do anything, but I don't want to overdo it, either.
Oh...and the keys were located.
