Here's a great exercise you can do at your desk

Torso Stretch

Here is a good exercise for the torso area. With feet flat
on the floor, breathe deeply and stretch your hands over
your head, hold for a few seconds and then slowly bring
your hands back to a resting position. A couple of
repetitions and the kinks are gone.

Live in rooms full of light.

Avoid heavy food.

Be moderate in the drinking of wine.

Take massage, baths, exercise, and gymnastics.

Fight insomnia with gentle rocking or the sound of running
water.

Change surroundings and take long journeys.

Strictly avoid frightening ideas.

Indulge in cheerful conversation and amusements.

Listen to music.

    Nice :)

    And don't watch funny shows just before bed, takes forever to get to sleep :P
