p90x with bands or weights

which do you use and why? Also what are the pro's cons?
I use the bands mainly because the space in my home is very limited and its easier not having to hunt down weights

    I like bands, I think they are great! I also like weights.

    I prefer weights for p90x. I have bands and you just can't get the same constant resistance or range of motion for the exercise. Also, it is easier to track and write down your weight with free weights. I have chipped away at building my free weight collection and only need 5, 8, 10 and 12 for all the workouts.

    I have both. At first, I primarily used weights, but as I got more bands (I have a bunch of different resistances) I found that the bands made me sore (or more sore sometimes) than using the weights. It gives you a totally different feel for each exercise and works your muscles differently. SO, I think whatever works for you is great and you will get results.
