great! just what i need...

i had a bowl of porridge with fruit and nuts in the morning ready for my one hour workout later, i made my post workout lunch meal and measured a scoop of whey protein ready to have, now i have a ready bad stomach ache like someone is stabbing me, and this int the first time it has happened , sometimes i get headaches or i just dont feel that well, should i still exercise, i really want to but would it make it worse, ive just had some paracetamol btw
