Well, it's about time I did something constructive to lose weight, so here I am! lol
I'm Paul from Brighton, and basically I need to:
1) Get Fit
2) Stop being fat
3) Start eating healthily
4) Stop eating chocolate like someone is going to take it away from me
5) Lose about 12kg in weight
God, it sounds hard when I write it all down like that! lol
I've tried before to lose weight and was doing really well until I moved house. The hectic battle with removals and house hunting totally shot my routine to pieces and I basically put back on all the weight I'd lost.
This time it's different, though. I'm settled, I've joined a gym and I really have no excuses left! So here I am!
Please feel free to add me, and hopefully we can help each other reach our goals

You sound motivated!!! super!! & joined a gym like I did after my move.... Get to that gym 4-5 times a week & just do something!!!
If they give you a free session w/ a trainer take it & see what they say....remember no one can do this for you ...you must do it yourself !!!!0 -
Welcome! Best of luck on your journey.0

Agreed! Meals out are a killer for me ............... and no matter what you have to work out regardless of your diet. That feeling after I finish working out motivates me to stay to my plan.0 -
Welcome aboard! I'm pretty new here, too. I just joined in May. I tend to get overwhelmed so for the first two months I am focusing on my eating habits. Next I will be adding in some exercise (beyond the walking I already do). It's worked so far as I'm down 21 pounds. Using a fitbit zip has also helped me keep moving.
We can do this together. Feel free to add me as a friend.0
