Hi,
Any ideas for best calorie limit would be amazing - I'm 171 cm 5'7(ish) and currently weigh 75.5kg or 167lbs and really can't decide what my calorie limit is. Different websites give me different TDEEs and different people have told me different things;) I don't do a lot of exercise as recovering from glandular fever and found exercising 3 times a week made me very ill so starting right from the beginning again so would need to factor that in. I was thinking somewhere around 1400 calories but a friend of mine made me feel that was piggy/too high am really unsure of myself. Personal experiences appreciated, cheers:)
Have a good day!
