Endomondo Training Plans

Has anyone tried the Endomondo training plans for 5K etc? The premium package boasts that as part of their offer but I haven't heard one way or another whether people like the plans. Or whether they think its worth it to upgrade to premium

I used it for a 10K improvement plan, and I'm currently using it for the HM distance.

It's good inasmuch as it'll take your current performance and days as the basis for the plan, and it recalibrates automatically based on fitness test results and how you're managing on the plan. If you miss days, or are consistently below distance it'll back off, the fitness tests allow it to define the paces for easy, tempo and intervals.

Two criticisms, it sometimes doesn't accept moving a session to a different day. It'll record the run but not attribute it to the plan, and you can't replan on a weekly basis.

Not a criticism, more an observation, I don't think it does multi-sport plans.
