What helps you..?

Okay, I've just decided to ask on here because I need some support/motivation. I've been doing pretty well at losing weight for the past 4/5 months, I recently joined MFP because I needed something to give me help on my calorie intake each day.

I've had a few health problems which are being sorted out, they aren't due to weight but I still feel pretty upset about it, and having to go to the hospital 3/4 times a week, it's very stressful and upsetting and I tend to not have the motivation to eat healthily.

I have been coping well but I've reached a point where I am about to start a new job and at the same time still go to all my appointments.

Does anyone have any advice/support on what they do when they feel stressed/upset, how do you stop yourself from eating unhealthy food?

I'm sorry if there is already a similar post.

    I did need it also before. I can hear it, because I been there. I found my weight loss buddy here and together we loss weight. We both are thankful in the Venus Factor and family/.
