I made one just today! I made a chocolate pie using Keebler graham ready pie crust (100 calories per serving!) and two Jell-o instant pudding, one vanilla and one chocolate fudge. I used skimmed milk and added cocoa and vanilla essence for a little extra richness.. It comes to about 200 calories per piece :)

Making this in just a few minutes. Have so many fresh peaches in the store right now. ... I use sugar free jello and I top with cool whip light. Very refreshing.....

    http://www.cooks.com/recipe/pp9nt2zg/jello-peach-pie.html

1 pkg. (3 oz.) peach Jello
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    Sliced peaches
    Baked pie shell
    Cool whip light
Cook Jello, water, sugar and cornstarch together. Cool slightly. Pour over sliced peaches in a baked pie shell. Serve with topping.

One of my favorites is frozen bananas, strawberries, or blueberries dipped in dark chocolate (hand full dark chocolate chips melted in microwave on low) and sprinkled with chopped almonds for protein

Weight watchers Crustless cheesecake (found recipe online & can make in a muffin tin!) top with fresh fruit

Mix greek yogurt and whip cream and top with fresh fruit can freeze it a bit too!

Carmel apple salad -butterscotch pudding (can also make with pistachio pudding and omit peanuts), whipped cream, crushed pineapple, sprinkle with chopped peanuts - can go sugar free if want

Or any kind of cottage cheese, jello, fruit salad

My favorite is a peach or apple split and baked with a sprinkle of brown sugar, cinnamon, wheat germ, oats, whatever you desire. Tastes like pie to me! My hubby likes to top his with icecream so its family friendly and smells wonderful!

Grill peach halves with a scoop of Greek yogurt & top with a little honey and maybe crushed walnut or slivered almonds.
    Soft serve frozen yogurt.
    Poached pear.
Crush mixed berries with a sweetener like agave nectar & freeze for a homemade ice.
    Jello.
    Sugarless cookies.
    Sorbet.

Not dessert but I love frappes in the summer. Best of luck!

My favorite is sugar free, fat free puddings. I also add a table spoon full sometimes to my smoothies.

I also make this and use as a topping or a snack.
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (or greek yogurt)
2 cups fat-free milk or any other milk of choice
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix (I've also tried white chocolate flavor leaving out the lemon peel. Yumm!!)
    2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Goes great with strawberries and also as a topping for pancakes, waffles, banana bread or just about anything where a creamy topping would be good. Or just eat as is.

Check out yonanas.com for some creamy cold dessert recipes :)

Don't need their special machine, you can make any of those with just a regular blender or food processor.

I make mine with 1-3 bananas (depending on how active I was that day)
    almond milk
    cocoa powder
    vanilla extract
    cinnamon!

    yum :)

    Strawberry Slushie
If you have a food processor with blade attachment:
2C frozen strawberries--process until like "snow"
Add some sugar and/or stevia to sweeten
With the machine running, pour in the fresh juice of 2-3 oranges

    Check out my post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1071601-does-anyone-want-another-cheesecake-recipe-87-calories

I have several variations and the lowest calorie ones are nearer the end. No artificial anything. The lowest calorie plain ones are about 55 calories each. These are mini cheese cake bites, more like a cookie than a piece of cheesecake, but it satisfies the sweet tooth!
