Hi everyone! Happy Monday :smile:

I just recently joined MFP to help me keep track of my intake and exercise! So far this site is WONDERFUL. I have been reading random post and I LOVE LOVE LOVE how supportive everyone is. Even when someone is having a bad day, it seems someone else will reach out and just give the "Pick Me Up" that we all need at times. I am VERY excited to start my journey with all of you lovely people and hope to get to know you as well.

A little about myself,

I am 23 years old, I have always LOVED working out, I love the way it make me feel about myself. I have always been in shape and never was over 125 lbs in my life until I ended up pregnant and I gained 75 Lbs with my daughter, ( If not more). My daughters name is Rylee and she just turned two in October. I was 200 Lbs in the delivery room when I was having Rylee, I am down to about 138-140 now. As happy as I am for losing that weight I just really would like to be back to where I was. My goal weight is 115lbs. I have exercised on and off since I had Rylee but never stuck to it like I used to. Im ready to buckel down and do this. NO EXCUSES, I WILL NOT QUIT.
