Starting week two on MFP and thought I would introduce mysel

Well I started this journey with MFP almost 2 weeks ago. I enjoy this site and think that having the tools easily accessable will be a huge help for me. I have looked at the before and after pics, as well as, read some of the post and I am inspired. I will come here for support and hope that I can be of some support to others as well. I look forward to getting to know you all and win in this adventure together.

    HI Christi - I also started 2 weeks ago, although I started exercise on the 1st I didn't start food log until Nov 2. I need to get a scale at home too so I can start tracking my weight. Good luck to you!

    Welcome!! You will love this site. I started in August and I am telling you... without it, I would not have comes as far (or stayed the course) without this site. I can't wait to see your progress over the months ahead and celebrate them with you!
