2 portions:
200ml soy milk
30g Soya protein powder
10g Pure cocoa powder (no sugar)
200g frozen raspberries
Splenda or any other non calorie sweetener
Just mix everything together in a strong blender.
This recipe is very open to changes.
Soy yoghurt instead of the milk
Instead of the soy products you can use almond or hazlenut milk. (Protein level will drop when using these)
For more creaminess you can do 150ml soy milk and 50 ml soy cream.
Any other berry will do as well.
Of course you can do the same with dairy products.
The recipe as above comes to 170 cals per person and 18g Protein.

That's just a thick smoothie.
Well, kind of. But then any ice cream is, really
For me it is the best option due to my lactose intolerance.
Oh it also can be done with bananas.
You need to cut a very ripe banana in small pieces and freeze them before you can do the ice cream.0 -
You could blend some ice to make a sort of "snow" first, put it in a bowl and then add it to the ice cream/smoothie afterwards and stir or mix in with an electric hand mixer. That'd make it thicker, more voluminous and more comparable to ice cream consistency.0
