Green Beans in Honey Mustard Cornichon Sauce
Turn green beans into a rich, satisfying side dish.
12 oz. fresh or frozen green beans, ends removed, steamed or boiled, and drained
2 tsp. melted butter
2 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
3 small cornichons, minced or 2 tsp. dill (sour) pickle relish
Adjust the cooking time for the beans to cooking method and personal preference.
Whisk together the melted butter, mustard, honey and cornichons or relish to make a dressing. Toss the hot beans in the dressing to coat. Serve hot.
