I'm pretty sure 3/4 of the time I'm on my phone I'm either on here doin' forum stuff or checking out hashtags on instagram like "IIFYM" "recipes" "traininsaiyan" etc haha. I have a plethora of nutritional advice bookmarked on my laptop. I have a bad binge eating problem, and I've found the best way to distract myself is to just immerse myself in my goal. But is there such a thing as spending too much time on this? This is my life I'm talking about. I have 200 lbs to lose. If I give up again I'll be back on that downwards binge-eating spiral, eventually have a heart attack or just drop dead. My health is horrible. The only way it will get any better for me is if I get rid of this weight and keep it off. My ex was always commenting about how much attention I paid into all this versus how much attention I was paying to him. He was not at all interested in what I was doing on here or why I was doing it and it was very hard for me. Now that I'm alone I keep wondering if there is a possibility I'm obsessed with becoming fit, maybe he was right? I dunno. For those of you who doubt yourself 24/7, what do YOU do to distract yourself and keep your eyes on the prize? Thanks for listening. :]

Oh and here's the obligatory cat gif because, internet.
