A bite of this a bite of that....

Ok Thursday night after my workout I felt extremely weak.. Chills nausea couldn't talk.. My friend came over and said I wasn't eating enough. We went to jack in the box and I ate two tacos, a bite of a egg roll and a bite of a burger and 3 sips of sprite. I felt so much better.. My question is, how do I calorie track "bites" I only took one bite of the egg and burger.. Should I log that?

    You can change the amount of the entry. So if you only had half of something, change it to .5 or a quarter to .25. Try to estimate what percentage of the thing you ate. A big bite of a big burger might be like 0.1? I'd overestimate jut in case.
