What do you think are the best nutrients to track on here (for weightloss)?

    Calories in versus calories out are the main ways of tracking for weight loss. Try to get healthy calories, of course, but ultimately it still comes down to what you eat versus what you burn off.

    Track your macronutrients and micronutrients for how you feel and body composition. Track calories for weight loss.

    As far as how you feel, track the ones that you find harder to get. For example, you may have trouble getting enough calcium or iron. Track those. If you have trouble with the macros like protein and fat, track those.
