Hi, Everyone!
I had knee surgery a week ago to remove a lump from my knee. I'm still in a lot of pain but am anxious to start exercising again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to ease back in?

I'm at the tail end of recovering from a ruptured Achilles (3 months down!). Best thing to keep in mind is not to push it. If you're anything like me, your definition of "pushing it" is probably not what your doctor would even consider pushing it: ) So, you have to make a special effort to slow down even more. Focus on strength building exercises- leg lifts, sit-ups and then you'll be able to ask you doctor or physical therapist how to start to work in more cardio. good luck! dl0
