No, its not a pill or a magic diet drink...its a pair of ill fitting jeans! Anyone completely lose their appetite for fatty foods just by feeling disgusted in a pair of too tight jeans? I sure know the feeling! I think in a way wearing tight clothes motivates me to lose weight because im a sadomasochist and like putting myself through the torture of feeling fat and insecure...anyone else share these same sentiments or am i just a nut? Lol

  • I've never thought of self-shaming as motivational.

I agree it can help and think how happy you will be when they fit properly again!

The moment I upgraded my jean size thinking I would lose weight and fit back into my old jeans in no time, I ended up gaining more weight. Tightness is definitely a sign!! Gotta address it then and now before it's too late :(
