What are your goals?0

Ah, and I presume you meant "Drinks throughout week"?0

In addition to the above questions, how much of each portion of your meals are you eating?
4oz of steak is different calorically than 12 oz of steak. 2 Egg whites is a lot different than 10 egg whites.
Do you have a digital food scale?
What is the brand and serving size of each of your foods?
What is your current weight and TDEE?
What are the current macronutrient ratios for a full day of eating this way?0 -
Okay. As the other poster asked - what are your goals? To me, your food plan sounds a little boring ( but if it works for you - great). Where are your veggies and fruits? What are your macro goals and does this diet meet them? What is your calorie goal?
It looks like you've been here for a while, but here are some links you might want to read:

How does your plan look? AWFUL. That food plan looks like torture to me. Good grief, eat some food man. Cereal for breakfast only? A cod steak for dinner only? Why?
Do you really think you will stick with it if you eat like that? Plus, even if you do, what happens in 4 or 6 months when you lose the weight? Will you eat everything in sight that you've missed out on? Probably. So gain is likely.
You can eat eggs, toast and bacon and a piece of fruit for breakfast for 350 calories. Enjoy a real meal for lunch and dinner. It will be your portion size and how you cook things, plus limiting the amount of sauces/condiments that keep it under 600 cals. Add a snack or two throughout the day or drink your 130 calorie pepsi.
I hope you come up with a plan that you can stick with.0 -
It looks like too little food and an almost pointlessly small amount of exercise IMO!0

5 minutes of weights??? why bother???0

The photo is familiar, I have read at least one thread today started with the same image. Also, this OP has been around since October 2013, so I half think they are pulling our leg.0

Bad.
Because you're presenting micromanged components without discussing the big picture.
Work out your objectives first.
Then workout your exercise and calorie requirements needed to achieve them.
Then workout your your macros and specific exercises you plan to do.
I wouldn't bother focusing on a meal plan personally - if you can eat a reasonably balanced diet day to day by meeting your macro goals, I just stick to that.0 -
I wasn't being petty. I first read it as they threw out the fizzy pop from last week.0

Ah, I was wrong about the photo - same pose, different face!0
