Surely these burn calories? All that's in the database is the wii fit...I'm not using a wii fit.

How do I calculate calories burned for these?

    General exercise/cardio. :) It's all pretty vague unless you use a HRM which just makes things less vague. :D

    So I researched this more, and the average calories burned/min hula hooping is 7-8. That's how I'll calculate it. It's a great little activity for the evenings. This is going to be a wonderful quick activity I can do!

    I'm on TDEE now but when I was tracking exercise calories I counted it at 40 cals for every 5 min. I usually hoop during commercial breaks.
