Pretty happy with the lose but I can remember when I could drop 5 pounds in a week just by "kind of" watching what I ate. Now at 42 years old those days are gone!!! I was doing WW for some time but wasn't really losing, I think to many 0 or 1 point foods still add up to too many calories. Also, I really like the real numbers thing, calories in and calories out. That itself made me exercise. I walked 5 days last week and did a lot of physical work around the house all weekend.

Today I thought I'd try to do the 30 day shred because I know I need to work on building up some muscle but that didn't work out to well. I am still to much out of shape for that, so I think that will be my goal for January 1. I'll just continue using my treadmill until then.

All in all, I really like this site and the people on it.
