New here, hi everyone!

I'm new to MFP but not to getting myself in shape. I have maintained my weight within 5 pounds of goal for several months, and I joined MFP to help me maintain, because with the holidays approaching I have already noticed a few pounds creeping on!

I'm 42, a working mom, and I love to exercise at home - DVD's and all my fitness equipment fill our basement! :) My biggest challenge is eating right/portion control, and logging what I eat is the single biggest thing that helps me with that - I like MFP's interface for logging food.

I just spent a good amount of time looking at people's before & after photos, how inspiring!!! Looking forward to "meeting" friends here!

    welcome pretty new myself, but I really like the sight, just kinda BLEW IT over the weekend!! a party too much food and well too many cocktails!!!!! ggrrrr back on track today though!
