here's a great link to a chart with treadmill speeds and times beginning at 3.0 all the way up to 12.0. it also give estimated times for completing different goals (mile, 5k, marathon, etc) and conversions from kilometers to miles. very helpful if you are trying to figure out how to run like me. i like the c25k program, but some of the jumps between segments are too much for me (6 minutes straight to 8 minutes), so i'm trying to figure out a routine that will be a little more doable for myself. hope this is useful for some of ya'll!
