yep. i just consumed 2 packs of swiss cake rolls and nearly an entire can of pringles. yes. i did. and i drank soda. and now i feel like crap (suprise, suprise, right?). not only can i feel it just sitting in my stomach and waiting to adhere to my stomach at the first opportunity, but i feel like i have been defeated by my worst possible enemy - myself. of course, i know it's just a battle and not the whole war, but i'm just disgusted with myself. a lot of it has to do with having phantom job opportunites floating around right now - i'm not handling the possibility of possiblity very well. but, ultimately, it was a complete lapse of self control, and now i am struggling not to loathe myself for it - at least not for too long. i did have a nice workout today, and i can change my dinner plans to make up for some of this...but i am sure bummed out right now. :frown:

grab a bottle of water....go for a walk to clear your head....stick a piece of gum in your mouth, step away from the junk.....shake it off.....
let it go and move forward...beating yourself up and asking us to say "it's okay we all have slips" is not going to help you right now.....i have seen sooooooooooo many of these posts today.....enough already......you made a bad food choice, you binged, you stuffed your face like a pig.....MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that might sound rather b*tchy but we all move backwards but the key to moving forward again is to step ahead....just go forwards.......stop wallowing in the poor me, i'm such a failure, i'm never going to get this weight off bullsh*t and just do it......
keep your eye on your goal and just do everything that you can live with to get to it....if eating pringles and swiss cake rolls will get you there than keep it up...otherwise make better choices...you know how, you've lost 15lbs already...you are not new to this journey.....0 -
What happened, happened. You can't go back and change it so there's no use beating yourself up over it. You know it was a mistake, now forget about this until the next time you feel the temptation and just let the memory stop you from doing it again in the future. We are human and make mistakes, the only thing we can do is grow and let those mistakes teach us a lesson. Go run up and down the stairs 5 times and lunge around your house while you're making dinner. Jump in place with an imaginary jump rope. These are all kinds of things you can do if you've already used up your allotted work-out time, but they'll make a dent in the binge. Next time you have a craving for sweets or soda, drink a bunch of water or have an apple, so there's not room in your stomach for two packs and soda, and then have one swiss roll so the craving is satisfied and you can move on with your day knowing you won't be thinking about it constantly. Another tip is just don't have it around. If I buy junk, I will eat all of it in one sitting, with no self control. The only way I don't eat it, is to not have it around, so the worst I can do is eat a whole bunch of rice cakes or carrots lol. So brush this off, move on, beating yourself up is not going to be productive. Get back on track with your next meal. Don't starve yourself to make up for this. You can do this!0

Don't sweat it! Sometimes ya just gotta have a good Ho Ho Orgy! :-) You've been doing so well and this is just a minor setback.0
