Wanting to lose 75lbs, eat clean and strength train

If you are looking to lose around 75lbs by eating clean and including strength training in your workout regiment PLEASE add me! I am feeling motivated as my husband and I are getting ready to move into our first home this coming Friday. I want to be able to see other peoples diaries and get ideas for meals, and I want to be able to talk about workouts. I currently have some sort of injury with my right foot but I'm hoping it's nothing serious.

  • Hi there :) My current goal is 60lbs; however, I'm not opposed to losing an additional 10-15 lbs once I'm at that goal! Just over a year ago, after having joined a gym for 1.5 years, I was down 40lbs. Then I had a knee injury as a result of the weight loss and probably not practicing proper form while exercising. In the past year, I've regained EVERYTHING that I had lost plus another 5lbs :( I have recently joined a gym again and while I'm still dealing with my knee injury, I'm still giving it a shot. I'm hoping to share meal ideas with others as I struggle with meal planning and often eat fast, easy, greasy.
