    It gave me goosebumps... I watched it on the TV but couldn't resist watching it again. There is very little science to this, change your attitude, change your eating habits and exercise. Tami did all that and she looks AMAZING!

    Tami looks insanely stunning!! People always say that losing weight can make you look older because it can make you look gaunt, but she actually looks so much younger. She was glowing!!

    Thanks for the inspiration, if a woman twice my age can lose double the amount of weight I need to lose then I can definitely do it!!!

    I sat right here and refused to go on my walk until I saw her! CONGRATS, Tami! You looked GREAT! And just so you know, I did indeed get my walk in after I saw you on the show. :) I also had my walk buddy here watching with me.....and my mom on the phone watching from her house as well.....we were like Tami's little fan group...lol
