Hello everyone, I have been a member of MFP ffor 562 days now and the last almost year has been a very difficult struggle for me. I have P.C.O.S and Hypothyroidism that influence my weight and also suffer from Bipolar disorder which influences my mood you can catch all that on my profile, Anyways I have had several incedents with my thyroid that it was off and my medication had to be increased. so that's back to normal. but also my first year on mfp I really pushed myself beyond my limits and in that I burned myself out especially beying that the 190's would not go away and I am now at 202 yet again. It is very frustrating and disheartening to not see results and keep doing all the work so I have been all over the place with the food and the workouts. I am having a difficult task of reighning it all back in and motivating myself and getting on track. I have a lot of support in my family but they just don't understand the frustration that I am feeling. I have gone from a 3x to a l-xl but would like to fit better in my clothes. at one point my highest weight was 321 and am now 202 but would like to be at 160-170. In a dream world I would love to be 150 but the pressure and stress off that is just too much for me along with the stress of life.well my life anyways. so I am choosing a goal weight that is more realistic for me and hoping more achievable. I am a cutter and a shopaholic and am 43 yrs old I have been Self injury free for 4 yrs with one minor mishap and am working on the spending. I am looking for some people that have reached their goal weight for some tips and also if you have not hit your goal weight then some support. I have been in a slump of my own but mainly I am an active supporter and need some more support I am wiccan but respect all other religions as AI would like the same resect. I respect all others opinions and differences as I would like others to respect me and my beliefs as well. if I sound like a good friend then friend me If not then Thank you for taking the time to read this and good luck on your journey. Namaste:flowerforyou:

    Jessica,

I hope you know that you are one of the bravest people I have ever met on MFP. Your courage in being so open has given me the
ability to pick myself and go on many times. I can relate to you as a sister in sweat; also we both know what it is to struggle with the
bipolar disorder. Hopefully you know that you can message me anytime. I would like to be there for you.

    Love and Respect,

    Sue
