OK - so on a whim I bought a packet of Soya flour, thinking it will be a good way of increasing protein intake. This is because I frequently have to grab snacks on the go, and biscuits fit neatly in my bag/can be eaten whilst driving. I also like the 'crunch' of biscuits. However biscuits tend to be mostly carbs and little/no protein.
All the recipes I have found online seem to require you to have at least 3 different types of 'flour', a food processor, and the culinary skills of a gourmet chef to make them.
Has anyone got any 'easy' recipes using soya flour they could share?
