toning up... who's in?!

Hi, my name is Katie and I'm 25 years old. I'm not looking to lose a bunch of weight, just drop a few pounds and tone up. It's hard to find motivation somedays and now that I'm a stay at home mom I'm constantly trying out new "at home" workouts and would like to share/ trade workouts with other people who don't get to hit the gym everyday. So if anyone is interested in staying motivated with me and trading workout ideas, please be my friend :)

    Sounds Great! I'm always on the go, so I am trying to find ways to do stuff at home and out of town.

    My goal is to lose a little, tone up and get strong.

    My favorite thing I found over the fall to do at home was JUMP ROPE.
    It is great cardio, and burns a lot fast.

    Jump rope... sounds great! I do a lot of yoga at home. And just got a pull-up bar so I can do ab workouts and (attempt) to do pullups.
