Running after eating is a surefire way for me to get nauseous.
Have you drinking a little water before running? I typically drink half a cup of cold water before running and that works for me.0 -

yes, I always get 10 oz water first thing when I get up...then pee a couple of times or it would be no fun running....you get the drill....LOL0 -
Every time a co-worker complains of a stomach ache we always ask if they are pregnant. It is a long running joke0
