Exercise bike seat replacement?

Hi everyone, this is the exercise bike I recently purchased http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002CVU2HG/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?qid=1404672638&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70 everything about it is wonderful except the seat 
can this seat be replaced instead of just buying a cushion cover for it? A cushion doesn't make the seat any wider and my butt is not narrow. Lol. If you know of anything, please help.
