Zuchinni berry smoothie!

I have a surplus of zuchinni right now and didn't feel like making pickles. If I used it all to make bread, it will be about 8-10 loaves! Besides, we all watch our carbs.
I decided to make a zuchinni smoothie to see what it was like. I was excited to discover that a cup of zuchinni made my smoothie thicker, creamier and added 3.5 grams of fiber for 20 calories!
Here's what I did. I can also see many other smoothies that I make being better with the squash.

1 cup zuchinni
1 cup mixed,frozen berries
1cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
Stevia extract to taste I used two eye droppers, about 12 drops)

Blend until smooth

    This sounds interesting I've been stuck on kale smoothies so long this might be a nice change.
