Congrats on your awesome weight loss!
Try here to calculate your TDEE :
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
This calculator factors in your exercise as well. You could literally run the numbers there, and plug what it gives you directly into MFP as your daily calorie goal. With this method , you would NOT eat back any exercise calories. If you are losing too fast or feel run down after a few weeks, you can adjust calories per day up by maybe 100. If you're losing too slow, reduce
Now if you want to do the basic MFP way instead , where you eat a base deficit amount and eat back exercise calories:
With only 5 lbs to lose, you could set your account to 0.5 lbs lost per week. This means you would likely be at goal in 10'weeks which seems like a nice time frame (to me)
Your activity level probably should not be "sedentary" if you're an airport ramper. I would suggest maybe "Active" and go from there. Then log your cardio and weight training exercises and eat back about 50-75% of those calories, since MFP tends to inflate exercise calories burned
You had a lot of questions regarding weight loss in general, so if you haven't yet, I would suggest reading this guide it will answer many of your questions. Good luck!

Oh and not to miss the obvious, but other than eating 1200 calories which is much too little for your overall activity level, why not just keep doing what you're doing till you're at goal? Seems to have been working, is there any specific reason for change at this time?0

Set your goal to .5 lbs. per week, and be patient.
Do read the Sexypants link posted above: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants0 -
Thanks for your response and the thing is that everyday it's something new i want to stick to something everyday i lost those 30+ pounds doing something different everyday im kind of tired of changing my Marcos calories everyday0

Is it fat loss you're looking to lose or a little water weight at this point? If your goal is to see your abs pop right before you start a bulk, you're probably looking at a little water weight. Keep lifting heavy, stay at a slight deficit, and see what happens.
1200 is way too low for a man your weight and height.0 -

If I understand this process correctly, keep your goals (calories/macros) the same until you have lost somwhere around 10 lbs, then adjust for new weight (I'm new so I could be wrong).
And by the way, congrats on the 30 lbs lost!! Great job!0 -

If I understand correctly you would prefer to just eat the same calories everyday? I think that's what the TDEE method does. The best source may be your actual data, if you logged accurately. Just average out the total food you ate within the last 30 days and use that as you daily calorie goal? Those websites tend to make assumptions that don't need to be made if you have the real data. Once you have your starting point either way you arrive at it, you can adjust from there0 -
I was doing low carb for a month so i dont have that much water weight i recently had a cheat day that made me 6 pounds heavier over night which i lost and im back down to my normal weight0
