I keep my carbs @ 25g or less per day.

So I eat peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, cream, lots of fresh veggies (no fruit) eggs, cheeses etc

    edited for typos

Oh, right, & fattier cuts of grass fed meats, coconut oil, olive oil etc

Anywhere between about 70 and 150g, mostly depending on how active I am. I just find that I do better with higher protein and fat so I try to concentrate on those.

22 grams per day. My blood sugar spikes if I go over that by much.

My doctor put me on 30-50 carbs (total not net) a day. I only have to do this for 3 months to get my hyperinsulinism under control. I ate 1 raspberry this weekend. It was delicious.

60% . There is no need to limit carbs unless you have a medical condition. Deprivation normally leads to people craving and binging

40% - 160g. There's no point to limit carbs unless you have a medical condition. I went with 40/30/30 to balance it all out and meet my protein goal.

ditto (i have pcos so i limit sugar/carbs). i just started a keto diet challenge yesterday. i was already doing low carb (about 20-30%), but this is EVEN lower (5-10%)! so far, not bad. but i can see how awful it would be to go from 50% to 5-10%!

You think you can't live without bread or pasta, but once you break the "addiction" it's really not hard at all. I don't even think about bread or pasta. I tried a bread alternative over the weekend (just out of curiosity) which wasn't bad but I didn't CRAVE it.

It's really better to get off them completely if you can.

I have no specific carb goal but my numbers come out close to the MFP default.

Any specific medical conditions, other than diabetes?

50%, around 200 grams a day. It works well for me as long as I keep my protein around 100-150grams. I like my carbs too much (that is healthy green veggies and whole grains)

    50% carbs
    30% proteins
    20% fats

You mean that would require people to limit carbs?...all varying degrees of T1 & T2 Diabetes, PCOS, Insulin Resistance, & certain seizure conditions to name a few.

edited to add cancer need to eat too, so I'm pretty sure depending on the circumstances, limiting can be beneficial.
