Numbers HELP!

Hello.
So story short, I got severely injured a while back and just got through my rehab. I'm overweight from not being mobile for a while and I want to get rid of that problem. I'm working with a personal trainer and she was able to estimate my body fat % for me.
So right now I am:
22 f 5'10" @ 196 lbs and 32% body fat
I want to get to
21.5% body fat which should be about 170lbs
My trainer suggest gave me some numbers on a 14/28 week plan. 6 months sounds too long for me. To do it in 14 weeks, I have to cut 934 calories a day- I was planning on eating 467 less and burning off 467 in exercise.
I'm having trouble with the BMR thing. Since I am counting exercise (and I work a desk job) should I put my activity level as sedentary? That would have my BMR at 1733.
So today I ate about 1266 and did around 500 calories of exercise thanks to a spin class. Is that right?
Thanks.

The closer you are to goal, the more slowly it comes off. That's just the way the human body works. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient.
