Restarting MFP again, about 18kg/40lb to lose

Hey everyone
I'm a third year uni student keen to get rid of some of the excess weight I've slowly put on since starting university! I'm only 21 and I would love to be able to wear short shorts and crop tops this southern hemisphere Summer (Novemberish)
I've always been reasonably fit and active but the partying life style and intense course (I'm studying medicine) have taken their toll over the last few years and I've decided I need to take more control over my lifestyle and exercise.
Add me as a friend if you're also starting out, have some good tips, or are also a young person or college/university student trying to get healthier and drop some weight
Edit: Also I'm about 5'4 (165.5cm) and about 82kg (~180lbs) at the moment, would love to get to 65kg and see how I feel then
