Hey everyone! I have noticed there's been a few people on here who have mentioned they had PCOS and it conflicts with their weight loss journey. My childhood best friend has PCOS and we've spoken a lot about it. I encouraged her to create an uplifting group for people with PCOS where everyone could encourage one another to get from one day to the next, maybe share recipes, stories, etc. If you have pcos and would like to join the group, just send me a msg and I'll add ya ;)
