Acid Reflux & Ab Exercises

I've got acid reflux and my doctor recommended I skip crunches as it could make it worse. Does anyone have any non-crunch related core exercises? Thanks!

  • Planks either up in push up position or down on your forearms. I prefer doing them on my forearms using a bosu ball;)
  • do planks!! they are super hard and are great for the abs, get in pushup position but keep forearms on the ground hold for 30 sec rest and do again!
